Terms: Cash or credit card, unless prior arrangements are made and approval obtained for credit. Past due credit accounts subject to 1.5 % interest per month. Orders received from past due accounts will not be processed until account is current.

Minimum order: All orders are subject to a $25.00 minimum.

Freight: All items are F.O.B. shipping point unless otherwise quoted in writing.

Returns: No returns shall be accepted by seller after 30 days of receipt of material. No returns shall be accepted by seller without seller's prior written authorization. Buyer is responsible for all returned freight and a minimum of 15% restocking charge on all returns. No Returns shall be accepted on custom manufactured products.

Lost / Damaged Shipments: Buyer must notify seller of any shortages or damage within 48 hours after receipt of goods. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the discrepancy and notify us immediately.

Warranty: Seller shall repair or replace any product which is found defective, if seller receives written notice of such defect within thirty (30) days from date of shipment.
